If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to generate a return request.

  Pack Items

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them in a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand the package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
